战略成功七件法宝(Strategic success seven magic weapon) We think its the best way to keep on repeating what we did before. And we spent a lot of effort to perform it better. After a firms executives expressed their firm views, people were plunged into a long period of contemplation. As we all know, there are many companies that are slowly moving to the grave because they are constantly repeating their previous practices (and spending a lot of effort to perform them better). To avoid this fate, many companies have introduced new strategic measures. The goal is to make each member of the organization focus on some of the primary goals that will help the future competitiveness of the enterprise. These strategic measures include the introduction of improved business models, rapid steering to meet the unexpected market demand, and propose a groundbreaking product service concept. Unfortunately, however, the chances of success in these programs are far from satisfactory, with only about 1/3 of them successful. In fact, the new strategic plan does make two challenges for efficient enterprises: First, the implementation of the strategic plan requirement of each department of the enterprise to break the limits of related resources, sharing. However, efficient enterprises are not born with this ability, they need to make great efforts to mobilize their enthusiasm for participation. Second, the prospects for the strategic plan are uncertain. In the long run, the situation faced by enterprises is bound to undergo tremendous changes, and its strategic plans should achieve the desired results and must change in due course. Efficient companies are not willing to face uncertainty, so they need to learn how to learn in change. Allowing employees to actively participate in and continue to learn these two points, to a large extent, break the habit of efficient enterprises.
