We all know that Shanghai Disney park is the first Disney theme park in mainland China, and in a few years time from the confirmation of the project to start, Chuansha’s house price has been in a rapidly rising trend. Between the year 2009 and year 2015, Chuansha plate prices rose 161%. The two mathematics models in this paper is based on the data of Shanghai Disney park’s concept stock and the house price of Chuansha between the year 2003 and year 2016, in order to reflect quantitative influence on the house price under the influence of Shanghai Disney park. Firstly, search the relative data from 2003 to 2016. Secondly, draw a conclusion that the establishment of the Shanghai Disney park promotes the house price rose of Chuansha by SPSS to make a regressive analysis models, and draw the two quantitative analysis: (1)Have positive correlation in the short term; (2) Have less relevant correlation in the long term.
