It will lead to serious problems for the application transmiting sampling signals and switching quantity based on Wi-Fi module. Therefore, a hybrid encoding transmission method for sampling signals and switching quantity based on Wi-Fi module is proposed. The proposed method utilizes the characteristic that effective digits of sampling signal are less than the digits of the actual transmission byte in data frame. It will implant digital switching quantity and identification code of each sampling value into extra digits of the sampling signal transmission bytes during data framing. By interpreting the extra digits of transmission bytes in data frame, the receiver can exclude incomplete sampling data caused by the loss of transmission data and extract switching quantity according to simple data statistics and threshold. Experiments show that compared with the traditional method using the fixed position of framing and encoding, hybrid encoding method proposed in this paper can effectively avoid acquiring incomplete sampling values, dislocation combination of sampling data and error identification of switch quantity caused by the loss of a few data transmitted by Wi-Fi module.
