安氏ⅰ类牙列拥挤错牙弓及牙槽弓宽度测量分析（Analysis of crowding of dental arch and alveolar arch width measurement of angle class dentition） [Abstract] Objective To study the characteristics of column crowded the wrong patient of dental arch and alveolar arch width in a class I dental. Methods 40 cases of angle class I dental crowding wrong cases (observation group) and 40 cases of individual normal cases (control group), collected the data of the original model. The width of the arch, width of the molar arch and the width of the alveolar arch were measured in two groups, and the difference of the arch and the width of the alveolar arch between the upper and the lower teeth were calculated. Results in the two groups except the control group on the intercanine width, all indexes were higher in male than female (t=2.061 ~ 6.198, P0.05, 0.01); the observation group of male maxillary intercanine width is greater than the control group, and observation group of upper and lower molar arch width and molar alveolar arch width were smaller than the control group (t=2.402 - 6.423, P0.05, 0.01). Conclusion the class I dental crowding malocclusion upper and lower molar arch width and molar alveolar arch width were less than normal. The short and narrow width of dental arch in patients with crowded dentition is related to the mechanism of their errors. [Key words] wrong, class I; measurement model; dental arch; alveolar fossa?
