Trainee process and content:
In order to better enhance the teacher skills of normal students, the school has an education internship this semester. During the probationary period, we went to the four middle school of Yuyao fourth middle school, Cixi middle school, Li Zhou, Yucai Middle School etc.. In these middle schools, we mainly observe the classroom teaching of middle school mathematics, understand the basic link of the classroom teaching in the middle school and the regular teaching method. Through lectures, we compare the classroom teaching of different teachers and learn advanced teaching experience.
Early in the morning of April 22nd, we took the school bus to Yuyao No.4 under the leadership of Yu yu. Prior to attending the lecture, the head of the mathematics teaching and research group of the fourth middle school in Yuyao talked with us about a teachers career development. He warned us that the new teacher came to the post must be diligent, willing to endure hardship.
