文山壮族苗族自治州水资源管理条例（Regulations of Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture on the administration of water resources） The Standing Committee of the peoples Congress of Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture (promulgated by the peoples Congress)(time of promulgation)(time of implementation)(failure time) Regulations of Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture on the administration of water resources (adopted at the fourth meeting of the Ninth Peoples Congress of Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in April 29, 1994 and approved at the seventh meeting of the Standing Committee of the Eighth Peoples Congress of Yunnan Province in June 2, 1994) in Chapter I General Provisions The second chapter, management organization and responsibility The third chapter is development and utilization The fourth chapter, protection and management The fifth chapter, reward and punishment The sixth chapter is the supplementary provisions Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 for the rational development, utilization and protection of water resources, give full play to the comprehensive benefits of water resources, according to the Peoples Republic of China regional national autonomy, Peoples Republic of China water law (hereinafter referred to as the water law) and the relevant laws of the state, combined with the actual state, the enactment of this ordinance.
