July 2006 现代化工 第 26 卷第 7 期 ·6 · Modern Chemical Industry 2006 年 7 月 我国自主开发的两项磷酸生产技术 应予以关注 白锡柱 ( 中国石化集团南京设计院 ,江苏 南京 210048) 摘要 :我国磷酸工业生产面临能源短缺 , 电价攀升等问题, 以热法磷酸为原料的磷化工产品的市场竞争能力逐渐降低。介 绍了我国自主开发的“窑法磷酸”和“热法磷酸生产热能回收利用”新工艺 ,重点分析了热法磷酸的生产能耗以及热能回收技术 开发的进展 ,指出该技术符合节能降耗的要求 ,建议应予以特别关注。 关键词 :磷酸 ;磷矿 ;湿法磷酸 ;热法磷酸 ( ) 中图分类号:TQ12635 　 文献标识码 :C 　 文章编号 :0253 - 4320 2006 07 - 0006 - 04 Ne w technologies for producing phosphorous acid in China BAI Xizhu (Nanjing Design Institute , SINOPEC , Nanjing 210048 , China) Abstract : The phosphorous acid industry in China is now facing the problems of shortage of energy sources and runup of power price ,and the market competition ability of phosphorous chemicals which use phosphorous acid from furnace process as the material is going down gradually. The new technologies such as “vault process ”and “heat energy recovery in furnace process”developed out of our own efforts are introduced. The cost of the furnace process and the advances in such heat energy recovery technology are analyzed. It’s suggested that these new technologies meet the need of energy saving and consumption reduction and particular attention must be paid.
