农业现代化研究 卷 第32 第32 卷第5 期 农业现代化研究 Vol．32 No．5 2011 年9 月 RESEARCH OF AGRICULTURAL MODERNIZATION Sept． 2011 我国猪肉国际竞争力的比较分析 徐爽，闫逢柱 （中国电子信息产业发展研究院工业化研究中心，北京100846） 摘要：在简要分析我国猪肉贸易特点的基础上，运用国际市场占有率、相对贸易优势和主要进口国市场占有率，对我国与世界猪 肉出口大国猪肉的国际竞争力，从结构上进行了实证比较。研究发现：我国的冷鲜和加工猪肉均具有一定的国际竞争力，加工猪 肉国际竞争力强于冷鲜猪肉；与世界猪肉出口大国相比，我国冷鲜和加工猪肉的国际竞争力均存在明显的差距且呈现下降趋 势；我国猪肉在重点出口市场的竞争力较强，但冷鲜猪肉和加工猪肉在不同市场的竞争力及其变化有所差异。制约我国猪肉国 际竞争力的主要因素主要包括价格优势缺乏、质量安全与各类贸易壁垒、支持性产业之策的缺失等。提升我国猪肉的国际竞争 力，需要优化生猪产业布局、加强质量监管，调整出口市场结构，完善生猪产业支持政策。 关键词：猪肉；国际竞争力；制约因素;比较分析 中图分类号：F326.3 ；F752.65 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1000-0275 （2011）05-0518-05 A Comparative Analysis of Pork ’s International Competitiveness in China XU Shuang ,YAN Feng-zhu (Industrialization Research Institute of China Center of Information Industry Development, Beijing 100846, China) Abstract ：Based on the briefly analyzing the characteristics of pork trade in China, the paper empirically compare porks international competitiveness of China with the porks powerful exporter in the world by means of indices such as international market share, relative trade advantages and market share of major importers.
