我國旅行業人力資源管理資訊系統發展之研究 黃榮鵬 摘要 本研究只在探討國內旅行業者對於人力資源管理資訊系統發展之現況,藉由問卷設計與調查,再經統計分析得知目前『旅行業人力資源資訊系統建置方式』與『旅行業人力資源管理電腦化程度』 。再進一步經因素分析得知『旅行業人力資源管理資訊系統開發過程之考量因素』及『旅遊人力資源系統成效反應』。在另一方面根據ANOVA分析『公司的基本屬性』與『旅遊人力資源資訊系統開發過程』得知『旅行業公司規模與旅遊人力資源資訊系統開發過程與成效』,最後分析高階主管利用電腦提高人力資源決策品質程度與公司基本資料的迴歸相關分析得知具體結果如下; 高階主管經常利用電腦提高人力資源決策品質程度= 3.6021-0.0022((員工總人數)+0.0088((人事部門人數) +0.0804((資訊部門人數)-0.0016((公司歷史) +0.2032((分以司及關係機構數) 關鍵字;旅行業、人力資源管理、資訊系統 The Study of the Development of Travel Agencies’ Human Resources Management information system in Taiwan. Abstract This research explores current development information of travel agencies’ human resources management information system in Taiwan. Questionnaires are used to investigate the way that Taiwan’s travel agencies establish their human resources information system and the extent of computerization. Moreover, by factors analyzing,the factors considered during the development process of travel agencies’ human resources management information system and the result of travel human resources system are obtained. ANOVA is used to analyze the basic attributes of travel agencies and the development process of travel human resources information system. It reveals the relation between the company size and the development process and result of travel human resources information system. Finally, how the management using computer to improve the quality of human resources decision and the companies’ basic data are analyzed.
