摘 要 企业团队精神对于企业而言具有相当重要的作用，可以说，在一定程度上，它决定了企业的前途。目前，在我国各企业建立和完善现代企业制度的同时，应特别重视企业文化的建设。在加强企业文化建设的过程中,关键之一就是要培育企业的团队精神。本文从企业团队以及企业团队精神的内涵着手，论述了企业团队精神的作用，培育团队精神的原则，以及培育团队精神的途径，以此来论述和强调企业团队精神的重要性。俗话说：火车跑的快，全靠车头带。不管是一个作战团队，还是一个生产小组，在生产建设过程中能否上一个新台阶，领导班子能否发挥战斗堡垒作用至关重要。一个优秀的团队往往潜藏着一个强有力的管理层，在这个管理层中潜藏着一系列引导秩序，发挥主导作用的体制和管理成员。团队成员的工作行为在大部分情况下要受到管理者的影响。这就要求团队管理者有较好的素质和能力，当好他们的头。班组这个企业细胞的生命质量，是企业肌体是否健康的标志。企业管理的成败得失，都离不开班组的穿针引线。因此，班组与企业的关系，如同地基与大厦、大海和航船，没有班组作扎实基础，企业大厦将无法立足于松软的沙滩之上，有了班组厚实的浮力，企业之舟就可在市场的大海之中乘风破浪。：企业团队精神； ABSTRACT Corporate team spirit plays an important role in enterprise and it determines the future of the enterprise to a certain extent. At present, Chinese enterprises should pay special attention to the construction of corporate culture at the same time of establishing and perfecting the modern corporate system. In the process of strengthening the building of corporate culture one of the key points is to foster team spirit. This article starts from the connotation of corporate team and team spirit and then discusses the role of corporate team spirit and the principles and ways to foster team spirit, thus to describe and emphasize the importance of corporate team spirit.
