The General Idea of This Period
Introduce some useful expression in order to make students practice speaking Everyday English better. Go on to practice showing position and show direction.
Teaching Aims
1. The students will be able to learn and master more Everyday English.
2. Train the students’ speaking ability.
3. Enable the students to introduce and show direction.

Step 1 Greetings
Greet the whole class as usual.
Step 2 Revision
T: We have leant the grammar: The Present Prefect Tense. Now let’s do the following exercise.

Complete the conversation. Use the Present Perfect Tense of the verbs in brackets, and “for” or “since” where appropriate.
M: Hi, Kate.
K: Hi, Mike.
