Step1. Warming-up
Enjoy a song: Jobs song
Brainstorm
T: What is the song about? Jobs
Review some jobs
Step2. Presentation
Guess
T: Do you want to know more jobs?
He can fly a spaceship to the Moon. What’s his job?
Teach: fly a spaceship to… 拓展:walk to… run to…
Teach: astronaut (spaceman)
T: What’s this? S: It’s a piano.
T: What is the man doing? S: He’s playing the piano.
T: He is a pianist.
Teach: pianist
3) T: I will give you two words. doctor teeth
Guess the job.
Teach: dentist(让学生通过读音拼出单词)
T: The dentist has something to tell us. Let’s listen.
Teach: care about
4)同pianist方法教授a football player 让学生组词如a basketball player
T: He played in the World Cup before. Teach: the World Cup
5)同法教授dancer
T: Do you like dancing? Why?
引出:Because dancing makes people healthy and beautiful.
Tip: dancing 动名词作主语 make+形容词
6)T:Let’s go on guessing.
He always writes stories for other people. What’s his job?
Teach: write sth. for sb. (对比:write sth. to sb.)
