Ultrasound Diagnosis in Abnormalities of Fetus Central Nerve System DEND Xue-dong，LIANG Qing，CHANG Hong-mei，JIANG Xiao-li，TANG Ya-qi， LIANG Hong，FENG Hong，LU Wei Center for Medical Ultrasound Affiliated Suzhou Hospital of Nanjing Medical University Suzhou Municipal Hospital (215002 Suzhou, China) 【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the clinical application of ultrasound examination as a routine scanning method for abnormalities of fetus central nerve system．Methods Ultrasound imaging features in 143 fetus of abnormalities of central nerve system confirmed by autopsy or follow-up were analyzed retrospectively． Results 143 fetus with anomaly of central never system were examined prenatally by ultrasound and each showed typical imaging feature．Among these cases，there were 35 cases of anencephaly, 1 case of hydranencephaly, 3 cases of arachnoid’s cyst, 1 case of aneurysm of the vein of Galen, 55 cases of ventriculomegaly (among them 38 case of aqueduct stenosis), 9 cases of cephalocele, 11 cases of Dandy-Walker complex, 15 cases of spina bifida, 5 cases of holoprosencephaly，2 cases of agenesis of the corpus callosum， 3 cases of sacrococcygeal teratoma and 3 cases of choroid plexus cysts. Conclusion Ultrasound examination for fetus central nerve system is a safe，liable，practical and quick method with a high detection rate. 【Key Words】 Fetus anomaly；Central nerve system；Ultrasound diagnosis 胎儿中枢神经系统畸形的超声诊断 邓学东，梁 青，常红梅，姜小力，唐亚奇，梁 泓，冯 鸿，陆 伟 南京医科大学附属苏州医院 苏州市立医院 超声中心(苏州 215002) 【摘要】 目的 探讨产前常规超声检查对胎儿中枢神经系统畸形的临床应用价值。方法 对经引产证实或随访证实的143例 胎儿中枢神经系统畸形的声像图特征进行回顾性分析。结果 产前超声诊断143例，其中无脑儿35例、水脑畸形1例、蛛网膜囊肿3例、Galen静脉瘤1例、脑室扩张55例（其中38例是中脑导水管狭窄）、脑膨出9例、Dandy-Walker综合症11例、开放性脊柱裂15例、前脑无裂畸形5例、胼胝体缺失2例、骶尾部畸胎瘤3例、脉络丛囊肿3例。结论 超声检查安全可靠、实用快捷，对胎儿中枢神经系统畸形确诊率高，是产前筛查胎儿中枢神经系统畸形的可靠方法。 【关键词】胎儿畸形；中枢神经系统；超声诊断 胎儿中枢神经系统畸形由于其复杂、多变、后果严重，越来越受到人们的关注[1]，现回顾分析我院143例中枢神经系统畸形胎儿的声像图特征，探讨超声诊断在产前诊断胎儿中枢神经系统畸形中的实用价值。 1 资料与方法 1．1 临床资料 2005年3月至2008年6月在我院妇产科门诊或住院接受超声检查的孕妇，共检出143例中枢神经系统畸形的胎儿。孕妇年龄21至 43岁，孕龄13—38周，全部病例经引产或
