黑曲霉发酵生产α-淀粉酶 摘要 本实验通过黑曲霉发酵生产α-淀粉酶,发酵周期为66h。每隔6h取一次样,对发酵罐发酵过程的特征参数进行了初步研究,分析了生物量、pH值、残糖含量、酶活力的变化,并绘制出变化曲线,从而得到黑曲霉生产α-淀粉酶过程中理化性质的变化。 关键词 黑曲霉 发酵 α-淀粉酶 特征参数 Abstract The test were undertaken to use aspergillus niger to produce α-amylase. The whole fermentation period was 66 hours. Sampled every 6 hours to preliminary study on the characteristic parameters of fermentation process in the fermentation tank.
