教学目标:
1. 能听说认读单词:grandparent, their, house, lot, flower和词组:a lot of
2. 掌握there be句型复数形式的运用
3. 能听懂Let’s try部分的录音并选择正确的选项
4. 能综合运用方位介词(词组)和there be句型描述房间内物体的位置。
5. 提高学生用英语进行交际的能力,激发学生参与课堂活动的热情。
教学重点:

教学准备:
CD, word cards, recorder
教学过程:
Step 1 Warm-up and revision
1. Daily talk
Hello, boys and girls! Nice to meet you. What’s in the classroom? What’s in your desk? How many pencils do you have?
2. Ask and answer
Where is the blackboard/teacher’s desk/….? 教师就着where的问句对教室里的东西进行询问,尽量涉及到每一位学生,对所学过的所有方位介词进行复习:in, on, over, above, under, behind, in front, in the front of, left, right
3. Listen and do
教师发指令,学生根据指令做动作
e.g.: Take out your pencil. Put your pencil on your head. Put your English book in your desk. Put your hand in front of your body…..
Step 2 Presentation and practice
1. Let’s talk
1) Grandparents’ house
T: How many people are they in your family? (就着这个问题,师生一起复习有关于家庭成员的单词:father, mother, sister, brother, uncle, aunt, cousin, grandmother, grandfather)
2) Ask and answer
T: Who is your father’s sister\brother?
Who are father and mother?
Who is your father’s/mother’s father/mother?
Who are your grandmother and grandmother?
(推出学习parents and grandparents)
3) Visit grandparent’s house
出示Zhang Peng’s grandparents的家,然后鼓励学生用there be句型来描述房间 里所存在的东西
理解引用词组:so many 和 lots of\a lot of
听对话,说说你听到了什么
再次听录音,回答下面的问题:
--- Are there any pictures in Zhang Peng’s living room?
--- Who draws the pictures?
--- Whose plants are they?
--- Where is the garden?
出示对话,内容,听录音,跟读对话,注意语音、语调
2. Read and act
1)同桌合作,分角色表演对话
2) 句子比较
There is a big bed. There is a nice photo.
There are so many pictures here. There are lots of flowers in it.
教师总结:在there be句型中,be动词的单复数由紧跟在be动词后面名词的单复数决定。
