分类号______________________________ 密级______________________________ ＵＤＣ______________________________ 编号______________________________ 全日制专业学位硕士论文 嘉宏时装有限公司内部控制调查及诊断 学位申请人： 王哲 学科领域： 会计硕士 校内导师： 韩士专 教授 校外导师： 黄少雄 高工 答辩日期：2015 年6 月6 日 摘要 嘉宏时装有限公司内部控制调查及诊断 摘要 服装行业是我国传统产业之一，在国民经济占有自己的地位。然而因为我国服装行 业属于劳动密集型，因为投资不需很高导致进入与退出门槛比较低，中小企业占大多数， 整个服装行业竞争白热化。随着经济全球化及市场竞争激烈化，我国中小服装企业的生 存及发展受到了考验。据调查表明，我国中小服装公司倒闭亏损的案例中，有83％的因 素跟内控相挂钩。虽然有些公司有内控体系，但没有结合公司本身的特点及管理要求， 很大程度上只是照抄大企业的内控制度。 鉴于上述背景下，基于全面风险管理对嘉宏公司的内部控制进行研究，对公司内部 控制现状进行了简要的归纳和分析，通过问卷调查的方式采集数据和有关信息，并加以 观察和分析数据的相关性，对嘉宏公司内部控制存在的问题提出优化措施。内控优化及 实施保障措施涉及：优化控制环境、建立风险管控体系、改良全面预算管理、提高风险 防范能力、加强信息系统建设、建立常设监督机构等方面。此举一方面希望研究结果能 为嘉宏公司管理层提供有价值的参考意见，另一方面希望通过案例研究，能帮助类似的 中小服装企业在激烈的市场竞争中提升自身的竞争力与生存能力。 关键词：嘉宏服装，中小服装企业，内部控制，全面风险管理 I Abstract Carven Fashion Co. Ltd. Internal control and diagnostic investigation ABSTRACT Garment industry is one of Chinas traditional industries. It occupy their position in the national economy. However, because of Chinas garment industry is a labor-intensive, because investors do not need the high lead relatively low entry and exit barriers, SMEs account for the majority, the entire garment industry, intense competition. With economic globalization and fierce market competition, the survival and development of small and medium garment enterprises subject to the test. According to the survey indicated that the closure of the loss of small clothing companys case, 83% of the factors linked with the internal control. Although some companies have internal cont
