RA、SLE、PM/DM、AS、pSS患者中Hp(+)组的血沉、CRP水平较Hp（-）组高。结论 Hp感染可能与风湿性疾病尤其是RA、AS、pSS密切相关。 [关键词] 幽门螺杆菌；风湿性疾病；血沉；C 反应蛋白 To Explore The relationship Between Helicobacter pylori Infection And Rheumatic Diseases 1 LIU Gui-mei, 2 ZHOU Xue-lian 1 The Fifth Medical department , 2 The Forth Medical department , the hospital of She County , She County 056400 , China ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori (Hp)infection and rheumatic diseases. Method Helicobacter pylori were assessed by 14-Ｃurea breath test in 221patients with rheumatic diseases and in 100 healthy controls. All patients with rheumatic diseases are divided into Hp positive group and Hp negative group on the basis of 14-C urea breath test results. ESR, serum C reactive protein (CRP) were measured in all patients with rheumatic diseases. Results 1. The positive rate of Hp in the rheumatoid arthritis(RA) group, ankylosing spondylitis(AS) group, primary sjogrens syndrome group(pSS) was higher than that in the control group（67.33％ vs 36.00％，58.14％ vs 36.00％，57.69％ vs 36.00％，P0.05），while there was no significantly diffenrence in the Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) group and in the dermatomyositis/polymyositis(PM/DM )group compared with the control group（39.29％ vs 36.00％，34.78％ vs 36.00％，P0.05）.2.The levels of ESR, CRP in the patients of RA, SLE, PM/DM, AS, pSS with Hp (+) were higher than those with Hp (-)(P0.05）.Conclusion There may be close relationship between the Hp infection and and rheumatic diseas
