zy@ 中医临床研究 010 CJCM 中医临床研究 2013 年第 5 卷 第 24 期 -1- 益气回阳法对心源性猝死患者心脑再灌注的影响 The effect analysis of the Yiqi Huiyang injection on treating ischemia reperfusion of sudden cardiac death 范彩霞 朱颖文 肖超烈 李若愚 （广东省东莞市中医院，广东 东莞，523006 ） 中图分类号：R322.1+2 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1674-7860 （2013 ）24-0001-02 【摘 要】目的：探讨益气回阳法对心源性猝死患者心脑再灌注的影响。方法：以我院2010 年 1 月～2013 年 1 月间收治的 40 例心源性猝死且抢救成功者为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，所有患者抢救方案相同，在复苏药物使用上，对照组使用 肾上腺素，观察组增加使用益气回阳法（参附注射液），比较两组患者体内MDA 、SOD、ICAM-1 和抢救后神经行为评分之间的 差异。结果：观察组患者MDA 和心肌ICAM-1 低于对照组，SOD 和神经行为评分高于对照组，其差异有统计学意义（P0.05 ）。 结论：益气回阳法对治疗心源性猝死患者有积极作用，可以有效降低患者心脑缺血再灌注损伤程度，提高患者预后水平。 【关键词】益气回阳法；心源性猝死；缺血再灌注 【Abstract 】 Objective: To analyze the effect of Yiqi Huiyang injection on treating ischemia reperfusion of sudden cardiac death. Methods: 40 successful rescue patients with sudden cardiac death were divided into objective group and control group. The control group was used conventional medicine treatment plan and the objective group was additional Yiqi Huiyang injection in the term of recovery medicine. The difference of the MDA, SOD, ICAM-1 and the score of neurobehavioral between the two groups were compared. Results: The MDA and ICAM-1 of the objective group were lower than that in the control group. The SOD and the score of neurobehavioral of the objective group were higher than that in the control group.
