摘 要 人力资源管理是当今社会和组织的核心管理问题,人力资源管理出于企业战略管理的核心地位,合理的开发和管理人力资源是企业成功的关键。把规范化管理落实到企业的每一个部门和每一个岗位上,才能提高企业的执行力和办事效率,增强企业的竞争力。在市场经济条件下,对人力资源管理制度的规范化势在必行,通过各种规范的管理制度实现人力资源管理的标准化、规范化,从人力资源的规划、招聘,一直到绩效薪酬,层层推进,理顺了人力资源管理者的工作职能,更完善的体现了管理制度各方面的规性。 关键词:人力资源管理;规范;Abstract Human resource management is the core management of the society and organization, human resource management is the core of the enterprise strategic management, and the reasonable development and management of human resources is the key to the success of the enterprise. To implement standardized management to every department and every job, can improve the enterprises execution and efficiency, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
