方法研究应用于企业生产物流的分析改善 摘 要 由于市场竞争的日益激烈，抚顺钢制文件柜生产厂的技术落后，致使经济收益远不及同类行业。所以本文通过对其生产线的现场调查详细的记录、利用工业工程中的方法研究方的流程程序分析对生产线中涉及到的原材料到成品入库的一系列生产物流活动进行详细的研究与系统分析，采用“5W1H”、“ECRS”四大原则对生产线进行改进。再从生产线的工序入手找出制约生产线的生产效率、生产周期、产品质量方面的“瓶颈”因素，通过方法研究中的人—机操作加以分析，寻求合理的操作方法，使人和机器的配合更加协调以充分发挥任何机器的效率。从而达到改进工艺和流程、改进车间平面布置、改进人和机器等资源有效利用、提高生产率、减少不必要的浪费的目的。最终使得企业在不增加投资或少投资的情况下，获得最大经济效益。 关键词：方法研究；程序分析；作业分析；生产物流；生产线 Abstract Because of the fierce market competition, Fushun steel file cabinets of factory backward in technology, which is far from the economic benefits in similar industry. So the article through to its production lines on the investigation of the detailed record, using industrial engineering of the method of research program analysis of parties involved in the production of raw materials to finish products warehousing logistics activity a series of production detailed study and system analysis , applying the 5W1H,ECRS to improve .the production line. And from the process of production line to find out the production efficiency, restricted production line production cycle, quality of product bottleneck factors, through the method of research people--machine operation to analyze and to find a reasonable operation method, and the machine with any more harmonious in order to full play the efficiency of the machine. So as to improve the process and process, improve the workshop layout and improvement of the man and machine,etc, to improve productivity and effective use of resources, reduce unnecessary waste of purpose. To make the enterprise without any increase in investment or less investment eventually, get the maximum economic benefit.
