婆媳关系问题的多学科观点整合与有限解决策略设计 张海钟 （吉林大学哲学与社会学院，吉林 长春，130012） （兰州城市学院教育学院，甘肃 兰州，730070） 摘要：查阅CNKI和谷歌、百度30年来的资料，关于婆媳关系问题，生物学、法学、经济学、社会学、伦理学、心理学、文学都有研究成果，形成了一系列理论，比如亲代投资理论、养老资源争夺理论、家庭权力争夺理论、中介失衡理论、历史习俗理论、乱伦禁忌理论、角色失调理论、等差之爱理论、恋母情结理论、亲缘关系理论、成本收益理论、二次分离理论等。这些理论都从不同的视角提出了婆媳关系问题的假说，各自有理，但都难以完整的解释问题的根源，提出的处理原则和对策也都是常识性的。笔者认为，生物因素和社会因素的相互作用是造成婆媳关系问题的原因，解决问题的近期策略是道德修养、法律调节、心理控制；中期策略是家庭小型化；远期策略是提高全民经济生活水平，建立养老保障机制。 关键字：婆媳关系；问题；观点；分析；整合 Multidisciplinary point of view integration and limited solving strategies design of the problem between law mother-daughter relationships Zhang Haizhong (School of Education, Lanzhou City University, Lanzhou 730070) Abstract：Search 30 years of data on the law mother-daughter relations, biology, law, economics, sociology, ethics, psychology, literature from CNKI , Google and Baidu, research findings have formed a series of theories, such as parental investment theory, pension scramble for resources theory, family power struggle theory, intermediary imbalance theory, history and convention theory, incest and taboo theory, imbalanced role theory, arithmetic love theory, Oedipus complex theory, kinship theory, cost-benefit theory, quadratic separation theory. These theories bring forward hypothesis from different perspectives that the problem between law mother-daughter relationship, each rational, but which are difficult to completely explain the source of the problem, the proposed principles and measures are also common sense. I believe that the problem of law mother-daughter relationship is caused by interaction between biological and social factors, the short-term strategy to solve problem is morality training, legal regulation, psychological control; the medium-term strategy is to smaller families; the long-term strategy is to enhance the peoples economic life level, establish pension security system.
