中 文 摘 要 通常所说的DV，是数码摄像机(Digital Video)的英文缩写。这就同时包含了采用DV格式的设备和数字视频压缩技术本身。近年来，随着DV摄录机在大中城市的相对普及和DV制作、编辑技术的进步，民间创作的DV作品逐渐进入电视新闻领域。DV迅速得到了电视人的重视，各级电视台纷纷招聘“DV通讯员”，在新闻节目中采用DV新闻，甚至创办专门的DV栏目。一批具有观众自己独特视角、时效性强的DV新闻作品，成为电视新闻节目中一个新的亮点． DV在电视新闻领域的应用使DV逐渐成为我国电视新闻的一种资源，给电视新闻的节目内容、视角、风格、文化带来了某些创新和变化。我们关注“DV通讯员”这一特殊群体的现状，分析DV在电视新闻领域的作用和地位，探索DV新闻的拍摄制作规律和特点，对新闻媒体如何广泛挖掘和利用社会资源，分析研究DV新闻这个新生事物的未来发展将会有一定的积极意义。 DV在我国电视新闻领域的应用和发展，为电视媒体挖掘新闻资源，拓展报道空间提供了创新和尝试的新机遇。怎样最大程度地调动受众参与拍摄DV新闻的积极性，进一步培养稳定、成熟的DV通讯员群体?如何进一步开发利用好潜力巨大的DV资源，不断增强电视新闻的竞争力?还需要我们在实践中不断进行探讨和研究。 关键词：DV、电视新闻、通讯员、专业化关键词  ABSTRACT Generally spoken，DV is the English abbreviation of Digital Video Which has contained DV form equipment and figure video compression technology itself In recent years，popularizing in large cities and the progress of edit technology，the DV work creating among the people enters the TV news field gradually．DV is taken seriously by the TV station，all of the TV station recruits the DV correspondent numerously，adopting DV news in news program ,even establishing special column of DV．An array of DV news work which has distinctive visual angle of audience，timeliness， become a new brightened dot in TV news program． Application in TV news field has made DV one kind of resource of it gradually，giving TV news program some innovative and changing at content， visual angle，style，culture．We show solicitude for current situation of the DV correspondent，analyses the DV’s position and effect in TV news field and，probing DV news making law and the characteristic，how to make use of the social resource broadly．It must be active to analyse and study the future development of 1)V news which is a new emerging thing． DV application and developement in TY news field has provided the new opportunities for media to being innovative and attempting to TV medium to excavat news resource and wide new report space．How to mobilizes the enthusiasm of the masses to the news participate shooting DV，training stable and mature DV correspondents
