二〇年月 Abstract The export credit is a method in the WTO framework, which is taken by government to support the export activities. Till now, not less than 70 countries and areas have established their exporting financing institutions. With the development of the international trade and economy, the export credit, which is in the intercross field between international trade and international financing, has been a forceful method to enlarge the export. After China joins the WTO, foreign trade develop very fast. Export credit as the powerful means to support and promote Chinas export trade and it also plays a vital role when China faces the opportunities and challenges. Some relevant provisions of WTO and the uncompleted developing mode of Chinese export credit system has been found. Many problems exist at the process of export credit system. All of these are seriously restricting the healthy development of Chinas exports and the expansion. In this paper, author use the comparative analysis and the method of combining theory and practice. It makes proceed from the export credit’s history, principle of operation, management and the developed countries’ credit physique, to analysis current problems in Chinas export credit system, and puts forward to some necessary measures in the current world’s economic environment. Finally, the author also discusses the importance to establish and improve of Chinese export credit system.
