Stochastic resonance in a class of time-discrete systems Thesis Submitted to Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications for the Degree of Master of Science By Cheng Fen Supervisor: Prof. Wang Youguo April 2013 摘要 伴随着现代社会的快速发展，现实世界出现了大量提高微弱信号检测技术的迫切要求。 科学家们长久以来都通过尽可能地减少或抑制背景噪声来改善系统的信噪比。然而，在满足 一定条件的非线性系统中会出现一种 “异常”的反应，即噪声的存在可以辅助信号的传输， 为增强微弱信号在强噪声背景下的检测性能提供了新思路。随机共振就是用来描述这种 “异 常”的反应。 本文以一种新的输出信噪比，输出输入信噪比增益以及相关系数作为衡量标准，利用计 算机模拟仿真研究了在均匀和高斯两种常用噪声下一类时间离散系统中的随机共振现象。本 文可以概括为以下五个部分： 第一部分首先介绍了随机共振的背景知识和发展历程；接着，概述了本文的创新点和章 节安排。 第二部分介绍了一些课题的相关基础。包括，几种常见的随机共振系统，几类描述随机 共振的常用理论，通常用来衡量随机共振的几个标准以及几个常见信号的 MATLAB 实现分 析。 第三部分以一种新的输出信噪比和输出输入信噪比增益作为衡量标准，研究了在均匀噪 声和高斯噪声下一类时间离散系统中的随机共振现象。 第四部分是以相关系数为衡量标准，在均匀噪声和高斯噪声下从系统的阈值参数和输入 信号类型两个方面综合考察了在一类时间离散系统中噪声改善信号的相关性。 第五部分是总结与展望。 关键词：一类时间离散系统，输出信噪比，信噪比增益，相关系数，随机共振 I Abstract With the rapid development of modern society, the world urgently requires improvements in weak signal detection technology. Generally, scientists reduce or suppress the background noise to improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the system. However, an abnormal reaction will appear in some nonlinear systems which satisfy some certain conditions, namely noise is conducive to signal transmission and provides a new idea to enhancing the weak signal detection performance in the context of strong noise.
