口腔修复科患者快速一站式自查与指导就医体系 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨口腔修复科患者就医前快速自查评价，医患有效沟通的方式，从而为修复前准备、修复治疗及修复后取得良好、远期效果提供基础。方法：将就诊患者分为：实验组和对照组。实验组：在本文方案基础上，口腔修复科医师通过对患者进行口腔检查，与患者充分沟通后最终确定修复治疗方案。对照组：口腔修复科医师对前来就诊患者进行口腔检查，与患者充分沟通后直接确定修复治疗方案。结果：（1）实验组在修复治疗就诊前所需就诊时间明显短于对照组，就诊期间及就诊治疗结束后患者依从性更好；（2）实验?M修复治疗的近远期效果优于对照组。结论：通过建立口腔修复科患者就医前快速自查评价，以及完善的医患有效沟通的方式：（1）缩短了患者的就诊时间，提高了口腔修复科医师的工作效率；（2）优化了口腔修复科的资源配置，对广大医师诊疗大有裨益；（3）在一定程度上有助于口腔修复治疗效果的提升。 　　【关键词】口腔修复科；自查评价；医患有效沟通；修复治疗 　　Patients With Dental Restorative Clinic Quick One-stop Comprehensive and Guiding Treatment System 　　ZHOU Pei-feng ZHANG Tin BAO Yu-qing JI Yue-hui 　　（Wannan Medical College，Yi Ji Shan Hospital，Wuhu Anhui 241002，China） 　　【Abstract】Objective：On patients with oral prosthodontic treatment before fast comprehensive evaluation， doctor-patient effective communication way， thus to repair before and after rehabilitation treatment， and provide the basis for a good and long-term effect.Methods：Patients can be divided into： the experimental group and the control group.Experimental group： on the basis of this scheme， a dental restorations practitioner in patients with oral cavity， communicate with the patient finally confirmed after repair treatment.Control group： dental restorations practitioner for examination on patients with oral cavity， after full communication with the patient directly determine repair treatment.Results：（1）the experimental group before repair treatment clinic to see a doctor time significantly shorter than the control group， during and after the clinic treatment patients compliance is better；（2） the experimental group JinYuanQi repair treatment is better than the control group.Conelusion：Through the establishment of oral cavity repair before he was hospitalized the fast comprehensive evaluation， and perfect effective doctor-patient communication way：（1）shorten the patient’s clinical time， improve the efficiency of the oral cavity repair practitioner；（2）optimization of the oral cavity repair of the allocation of resources， f
