However, this modern operation of the logistics in China with the development of the use isn’t ideal. Most Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in China have lack of funds, competitiveness, technology and other issues not enough, in spite of the development of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise’s 3PL is difficult, but there is also the feasibility and necessity of its’ development.
