基于融云的远程医疗咨询服务系统的设计与实现 　　摘要：?S着国务院颁发《关于促进健康服务业发展的若干意见》和卫计委颁发《关于推进医疗机构远程医疗服务的若干意见》，移动互联网正在以势不可挡的力量渗透医院围墙，创造新的机会和挑战。随着人们收入水平的提高，健康管理意识逐渐增强；自然环境恶化，就医需求日趋增多；巨大且不断增长的医疗费用支出，医疗服务资源（医护人员等）短缺，人口及健康结构改变等问题使医疗服务弊端日益凸显，而政府也试图通过医疗体制改革和医疗模式更新来解决医疗服务的诸多痛点。在技术及社会需求的共同推动下，该系统结合融云的即时通讯技术中的IMkit api以及Bmob服务后台技术，把当代计算机技术、信息技术应用于整个医疗过程的一种新型的现代化医疗方式。在数字化医疗中，病人能以最少的流程完成就诊、医生诊断准确率大幅度提高、病人病历信息档案记录着所有当前和历史病人的健康信息，可以大大方便医生诊断和病人 自查、真正能实现远程会诊所需要的病人综合数据调用，实现快速有效服务。 　　关键词：移动医疗；健康；医疗改革；大数据；云计算 　　中图分类号：TP311 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1009-3044（2017）03-0063-03 　　Based on Cloud to Design and Implementation of Telemedicine Consultation Service System 　　CAI Cong-cong1，2，3， GAO Yong-ping1，2，3 　　（1.Jiangxi Engineering Research Center of Process and Equipment for New Energy， East China University of Technology， Nanchang 330013， China； 2.
