基于SMPT-1000的液位控制系统设计 作 者： 指导教师： 苏州市职业大学 电子信息工程学院 2013年5月 摘 要 SMPT-1000是一款将全数字仿真技术与实物外观模拟装置相结合，集多种实验功能于一体的仿真实验装置，此装置由硬件、软件两大部分构成，软、硬件之间通过小型实时数据库和实时数字通信机制协调运行，完成过程模拟。 SMPT-1000仿真模拟果汁生产果浆的一套实验装置，是采用4~20mA的电流信号模拟现场的一些真实的物理量，此最大的特点是方便理论的操纵验证。 SMPT-1000模拟由锅炉和蒸发器组成的水汽热能全流程，可拆分成非线性储罐与离心泵单元、动力除氧单元、高阶换热单元、加热炉单元、锅炉单元、蒸发器单元，提供由简到难的各个层次的过程控制被控变量。 SMPT-1000仿真生产装置包括五个生产工艺流程，本文主要通过对的第一环节对象，除氧器做详细的说明，以此来说明这套装置的作用，以及多种控制方案的选用。 关键词：SMPT-1000 仿真装置 电流信号 除氧器 控制方案 Abstract SMPT-1000 is a full digital simulation and physical simulation device combination，The simulation experiment device set in a variety of experimental functions，This device consists of hardware, software two parts.The soft, hardware through the coordinated operation of small real-time database and real-time digital communication mechanism, process simulation. SMPT-1000 simulation of a production device comprises five production process, this paper mainly through the first step of the deaerator, detailed description, in order to explain the role of device, and a variety of control scheme.
