第19卷第4期 Vol.19 No.4 2016年4月 软件工程 SOFTWARE ENGINEERING Apr. 2016 文章编号：2096-1472(2016)-04-51-05 MOOC浪潮下新建本科院校计算机类人才培养模式的创新 李建辉 （广东东软学院计算机科学与技术系，广东 佛山 528225） 摘 要：大规模在线课程(MOOC)的兴起对传统高等教育的影响，既是挑战也是机遇。新建本科院校如何利用 MOOC浪潮带来的机遇，克服师资、硬件、办学经验的先天不足，形成有自己办学特色的计算机类人才培养模式，是高 等教育改革与创新面临的重要课题。本文对MOOC浪潮的形成进行了溯源，就其发展和趋势进行了较为详尽的论述，并 以MOOC为借鉴，提出参与MOOC实践、借鉴和利用MOOC优质资源打造新的课堂教学模式、校本教材及师资建设等 四个方面的建设性举措，以期为新建本科院校的计算机类人才培养模式的创新实践提供参考。 关键词：MOOC实践；教学模式；MOOC教材；师资建设 中图分类号：TP301 文献标识码：A Innovation Study of Computer Science Talent Training Mode of New Undergraduate Colleges under the Wave of MOOC LI Jianhui ( Department of Computer Science and Technology ,Neusoft Institute ,Guangdong ,Foshan 528225,China) Abstract:For traditional higher education,MOOC(massive open online courses)is not only an opportunity but also a challenge.It is an important subject in the field of high educational reform for new undergraduate colleges to study how to take advantage of opportunities of MOOC,and overcome difficulties in lack of qualified teachers,physical infrastructure and school-running experience to form its own unique computer science talent training mode.As a result of that,this paper summarizes the research content of key disciplines of MOOC,and points its progress and developing direction.Learning from MOOC,this paper proposes some major measures such as participation in MOOC practice,innovation of class teaching pattern,school-based material and faculty reconstruction etc.Hope that this paper can provide a help for the research of MOO
