电商环境下双渠道供应链的冲突协调研究 　　摘 要：电子商务环境下，电商渠道以其价格优势在一定程度上对实体销售渠道造成了冲击，双渠道之间的渠道冲突急需解决。文章首先构建了电商环境下双渠道供应链模型，概括其特点，分别通过集中决策和独立决策来比较其最优价格，解释其冲突根源，结合电商渠道的物流和推广费用，提出双渠道供应链的合作协调策略，并讨论了其实现条件，实现了供应链成员利润的帕累托改进，最后通过算例验证了协调冲突的有效性。 　　关键词：供应链；双渠道；供应链协调 　　中图分类号：F273.7 文献标识码：A 　　Abstract： A study is conducted on how to coordinate the two channels through contract design under E-commerce.
