2013 年 第 22 卷 第 11 期 计 算 机 系 统 应 用 ① 电压稳定在线分析与决策系统 1 2 钟 浩 , 张小兵 1(三峡大学 电气与新能源学院, 宜昌 443002) 2(湖南省电力公司 株洲电业局, 株洲 412000) 摘 要: 本文致力于开发一种适用于大型电力系统的静态电压稳定实时快速分析及预防调度软件, 结合目前电 压稳定分析方法在实际系统中的应用, 考虑实时分析的速度与精度要求, 使用一种基于灵敏度约束与局部曲线 拟合相结合来快速寻找崩溃点的方法与基于优化发电功率分配因子来提高系统负荷裕度的方法, 研制开发了一 套基于 B/S 模式的“在线电压稳定快速分析及预防调度”软件. 使用该软件对湖南电网静态稳定性进行算例分析, 验证该软件能满足在线分析的速度与精度要求. 关键词: 电压稳定; 预防调度; 在线分析; 软件开发; 分配因子 Design of a Set of Software Serving for Online Voltage Stability Rapid Analyzing and Prevention Scheduling 1 2 ZHONG Hao , ZHANG Xiao-Bing 1(College of Electrical and new energy, Three Gorges University, Yichang 443002) 2(Zhuzhou County Electric Bureau, Hunan Electric Power Company, Zhuzhou 412000) Abstract: The thesis commits to develop a type of software applicable for the rapid analyzing and prevention scheduling of static voltage stability in large-scale power system, by bring the application of current voltage stability analyzing method in real system into consideration, reviewing speed and precision requirements for real-time analysis,use the method of anchored on the combination of sensitivity restriction and local curve fitting to detect collapse point rapidly and precisely and the method of grounded on the optimizing of generated power distribution factor to raising system load margin, to researches and develops a set of software serving for online voltage stability rapid analyzing and prevention scheduling. The software is empowered to process an example analysis to the static stability of Hunan Grid, it can meet the speed and accuracy. Key words: voltage
