1. Purpose
目的：
The purpose of this procedure is to provide a system with defined principles,
and to assign responsibilities for initiating, manufacturing, carrying out,
and verifying the effectiveness of process potential failure mode and
effects analysis.

2. Scope
范围：
This procedure is applied to all preventive and corrective actions taken
within AAAA in respect to potential failure from following sources
according to the requirement of APQP.

2.1 A new product

2.2 Correction of a discrepancy on a previously submitted part.
