基于数据处理与模型匹配技术的回摆曲线测定仪*

摘 要 应用复合滤波技术和x射线K。双峰分离技术开发了低成本x射线回摆曲线测定仪，用于测量单晶材料的物理特
性。在此基础上，应用模型匹配技术自动识别晶体的缺陷，使该仪器具备了很高的智能性。实际应用表明，仪器检测准确，性
能优良。
