PAGE  毕 业 论 文 供应链安全库存管理的研究 专业班级： 物流管理 姓 名： 指导教师：  摘 要 供应链绩效关乎企业的生存与发展，影响供应链绩效的首要因素之一是安全库存。本文即是对供应链的安全库存问题的研究成果，其核心是关于与安全库存相关的一系列问题的一整套解决方案。主要内容如下： （1）不同的供应链运作方式会有不同的安全库存策略，在供应链主体间实行信息共享的情况下，安全库存策略会发生重大的变化。 （2）供给与需求的不确定性存在着重大的差别；可以根据各个环节的供给概率分别推算出总的供给概率分布；可以根据单位时间的需求概率分布推算出一段期间内的需求概率分布；在供给不确定的情况下的需求概率分布亦可以推算。 （3）服务水平被我们确定为有效供给数量与总需求数量的比值，它与收益直接相关。 （4）利润和利润率是确定安全库存的标准；随着安全库存的从无到有、由少至多的增加，成本和收益亦会同方向的增加，当二者之差（即利润）最大和安全库存的资金利润率达到目标值时，则此时的安全库存量与服务水平为最优。 关键词：供应链；安全库存；供需；服务水平  Abstract The supply chain achievements concern the survival and the development of the enterprises. One of the most important factors that affects supply chain achievements is the safe stock. This article is the results of researching on the questions of the supply chain safe stock. Its core is a whole set of solution of a series of questions which are concerned with the safe stock. The primary content is as the follows: （1）The different operation way of the supply chain can have the different safe stock strategy. In the situation that the information are shared between the main body of a supply chain, the safe stock strategy can have the tremendous change; （2）The uncertainties of the supplies and the demand can have the significant difference and you can compute the probabilities; （3）The service level which is determined by us is the ratio of the quantity of an effective supply to the quantity of a demand. There is a directive relationship between the service level and the benefit ; （4）The profit and the ratio of the profit to the cost are the standards of determining the safe stock.
