生产线改善

摘 要 本论文针对佛山南海西莱克空调有限公司主控板生产线的现状,采用定量分析方法(秒表测时法和MOD排时法)和生产线平衡的理论知识,对公司空调主控板生产线进行持续改善。旨在缩短主控板生产线的瓶颈工序的生产时间,降低生产节拍,提高企业效益。 本文是从作业测定(Work Study)、生产线布局(Layout)、生产线平衡(Line Balancing)这几方面对生产线进行详细的测定和研究。首先用秒表测时法对生产线进行作业测定,分析各工序的标准时间及生产线的平衡率,找出存在的问题。然后针对问题工段运用秒表测时法和MOD排时法进行分析并运用生产线平衡的理论和方法进行了改善和评价,以此减少浪费,使各生产线的平衡率提高,达到缩短生产线的节拍,节约成本和资源,提高生产率,赢得客户满意的目标。 关键词:生产线平衡 秒表测时法 MOD排时法 ABSTRACT According to the production status of main control panel of Xilaike air-conditioning Ltd Foshan of South China Sea, quantitative analysis method (Direct Time Study-Intensive Samplings and measuring emission at MOD) and production line balancing theoretical knowledge were used to continue to improve the activity continuously. In this way, we can cut down the cycle time of the bottle-neck procedure of the main control panel and increase the benefits of the enterprise. In this paper, Detailed determination and study were adopted in the work study, the production line layout, the production line balancing. Firstly, Direct Time Study-Intensive Samplings were adopted to summarize and evaluate the processes and methods in balancing the production line, which aims at reducing waste, improving the balancing rate between each processes. Then analysis was given by the using of Direct Time Study-Intensive Samplings and MOD methods according to the department that has problems, analysis was given by the using of line-balancing methods. So that, we can shorten the product develops tand yield of ducting time, the economy cost and resources, exaltation rate of production. At last ,the target that win customers satisfaction can be realised.
