This mode has broken through the pattern of “objective – achievement -evaluation”, embodied the teaching ideology of “activity – experience - presentation”, and provided a theoretical reference for the rational and effective development of the activities of practical teaching for the regular physical education major in normal insti- tutes of higher learning
