研究与探讨 Research and Approach LNG加气行业运营模式研究和 经济性分析 魏  政 （中国海洋石油总公司，北京100010） 摘要：LN G 作为车用燃料具有安全环保和经济性的优势，LN G 汽车的优势和前景已得到了普 遍认可。但是，我国目前现有的LNG 加气站的数量远不能适应L N G 汽车交通运输发展的需要。由 于液化模式和技术等的不同，LN G 加气站相比传统的汽柴油加油站的类型更加多样化。从LN G 车 用加注市场全产业链的角度，可以将LN G 加气站的运营模式分为六种。它们的技术和工艺流程都不 相同，因此影响其成本的主要因素也不同。可以综合考虑每种模式的使用条件和成本影响因素，来 选择合适的运营模式。但是专用液化模式应是发展LN G 加气站的主要方向，只用这样才能向市场提 供大量廉价的LN G ，进而形成跨地域的LN G 加注网络。随着时间的推移，LN G 车用燃料市场规模 将会不断扩大，综合运用这六种LNG 加气站运营模式才能满足日益增长的LNG 车用燃料的市场需求。 液化天然气 车用燃料 液化设施 加气站 运营模式 经济性 关键词： ； ； ； ； ； F426. 2 A 1003-2355- （2014）05-0034-06 中图分类号：   文献标识码：   文章编号： Doi: 10. 3969/j . issn. 1003-2355. 2014. 05. 007 Abstract: LNG as a green vehicle fuel has the advantage of safety and economy, so the prospect of LNG cars has been widely recognized. However, the number of existing LNG fueling stations cannot adapt to the development of natural gas vehicles in china. Because of more liquefaction models, LNG fueling stations have more diverse types compared to the conventional gasoline and diesel fueling stations. From the whole industry chain perspective, there are six kinds of operating modes of LNG fueling stations. Technology and process of them are not the same, so the main factor affecting the cost is different. The appropriate operating mode can be selected, considering the local conditions and cost factors. But the purpose-built liquefied mode should be the main direction for the development of LNG fueling station. A lot of cheap LNG fuel can be provide to the market only in this way, thus cross-regional network of LNG fueling stations is formed. The implementation strategy needed to substantially expand LNG use as a transportation fuel is a combination of all the product
