上市商业银行盈利能力分析.doc

摘要 从加入世贸组织，到我国股份制银行改革，到我国完全放开对外资银行业的限制，再到2008年金融危机，直至这几年，我国商业银行的改革和发展都取得了不小的成就。但是，商业银行改革并不能解决所有的难题。在2006年，我国商业银行陆续上市，面对日趋激烈的国际环境，商业银行的上市也不是一个终点，而是我国银行业发展刚刚起步的开始，而其中，商业银行的盈利能力是关乎其发展状况好坏的重要指标。因此，本文对于提高我国上市商业银行盈利能力的思考更具有理论和现实指导意义了。 笔者选择以五大上市商业银行作为研究对象，通过对5大上市商业银行。。。到。。。的相关数据整理，运用回归分析的方法，对我国上市商业银行的盈利能力做出深刻的剖析。 本文，首先对五大行的改革和上市历程作出了简短的概述并阐明了选题的意义。同时对国内外商业银行盈利能研究的相关文献作出综述。其次，列举出影响上市商业银行盈利能力的主要因素，并结合商业银行的财务数据对其进行详细的分析。最后，由分析结果得出结论，从而提出建设性的建议。 关键字：上市商业银行 ； 盈利能力 ；重要指标 Abstract From the accession to the world trade organization, to reform the joint-stock Banks in our country, our country completely let go of the banking industry to foreign investment restrictions, and then to the 2008 financial crisis, until this several years, our country commercial banks reform and development have made a lot of achievements.
