1W级白光LED光电特性的研究 摘 要：研究了1W级白光发光二极管（LED）的直流电学特性和光学特性，采用照度计在暗室测量并研究其发光效率随电功率变化的关系。研究结果表明，白光LED的工作电流与电压呈指数变化；发光效率经过一个最大值后随电功率增加而减小。发光效率降低的主要原因是结温升高、电流泄露等导致的载流子有效复合几率下降所致，因此LED需工作在恒流状态下。 关键词：白光LED 光电特性 发光效率 A Study of the Electrical and Optical Properties of 1-W Level White LED Abstract The electrical properties and optical properties of DC of the 1W-level white light-emitting diode (LED) were studied, also the relationship of luminous efficiency were measured and studied with input power using Light meter in darkroom.
