·246· 中国疗养医学2011年第20卷第3期 ChinJConvalescentMed，Mar.2011，Vol.20，No.3 ： 文章编号 1005-619X(2011)03-0246-03 银屑病患者疗养康复的医学目的与方法 437100 广州军区武汉疗养院温泉康复疗养区 范平 黎超 【摘要 】 本文简述了银屑病患者疗养康复的医学目的、方法及注意事项。当前其医学目的应当是根据患者的具体情况，通 过适当且安全的药物和/或非药物的方法进行整体的康复治疗与调理，促使皮损消退，并通过持续的调理和预防措施，延长 、 其缓解期，减少或减轻其复发，从而提高患者的生活质量。方法主要是落实个性化药物控制 选择性康复治疗、持续性防护 同 调养和针对性心理调适。 时强调应注意疗养康复措施的综合性和连续性、药物控制的尺度把握、运动疗法中运动种类及 、光 。 运动量的把握 疗法适应证的选择、过敏因素的规避和努力创造适宜康复的环境条件 】 ；医学目的；方法 【关键词 银屑病；疗养康复 【Abstract 】 This paper briefly describes the medical aims ，methods and matters needing attention of psoriasis patients sanatory re- habilitation.At present ，the medical aims are to subside patients skin lesions by giving proper and safe drug therapy and non-drug therapy and care ，and to prolong psoriasiss catabasic and decrease the palindromia rate of psoriasis or the intensity of palindromia which will improve patients living standard with constantly regulation and preventive measure ，which both should be based on the patients concrete conditions.The chief method concludes implementing personalized drug control ，selective sanatory rehabilitation ， constantly preventive care and pertinent mental adjustment.We should also pay more attention to the following points ：comprehensive- ness and continuity of sanatory rehabilitation measures ，measure of drug control ，measure of variety and amount of exercise in exer- cise therapy ，indications of light therapys choice ，avoiding of allergic factors and conformable environment for rehabilitation. 【Keywords】 Psoriasis ；Sanatory rehabilitation ；Medical aims ；Methods 银屑病是皮肤科临床一种常见病，其易诊难治，目前 治疗，方可获得理想的疗效，从而延长缓解期，提高患者
