科研信息化技术与应用 2 0 1 2 , 3 ( 4 ) : 3 – 1 0 PERSPECTIVE ·论坛 /  · 信息哲学的发展脉络  刘钢 中国社会科学院哲学研究所，北京 100732 摘  要： 二十世纪以物理学为主导的自然科学在探索世界过程中，将人类理解的水平提高到一个崭新境界。 此外，还可以看到科学发展的另一线索，即“信息科学”的形成和进步。这一线索使得当下的新世 纪，科学技术的演进也正移向“信息科学”。信息科学的核心概念或中心话题是“信息”。科学和 技术的进步必然导致科学观的革命，而后者也必然引发哲学观的转变，为此，信息哲学有可能成为 二十一世纪哲学的一个新范式。就哲学传统而言，我们也将迎来一场大的哲学变革。 关键词： 信息科学；信息哲学；信息转向；哲学传统；新文艺复兴 The Development Trends of the Philosophy of Information Liu Gang Institute of Philosophy, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Beijing 100732, China Abstract: In the process of exploring the natural world, physical sciences played a leading role in the 20th century, elevating the human understanding up to an unprecedented level. However, it became also apparent that there is yet new insight into scientific development, along the line of information sciences. In the new century, there is fundamental evolution from physical sciences to information sciences. And the central concept or focus topic of information sciences is “information”. The progress of science and technology will result in a revolution of scientific view inevitably, and the latter will again cause the change of philosophical view and thus the philosophy of information will become a new paradigm of the new century. From the philosophical tradition, we are embracing a big change.
