GO nanosheets were fully exfoliated and decorated homogeneously with CoFe2O4 nanoparticles. CoFe O /GO showed 2 4 superparamagnetic behavior, hydrophilic character and negligible cytotoxicity. Significant T -weighted enhancement 2 effect with relaxivity coefficient of 1 1 92.71 mM s .
