They started the party with dancing. 另外，start还有开动、发动、创办、出发等词义。 eg: My father couldnt start the car. start与begin同义，都是开始，但在表示开动、发动、创办、出发等词意讲时，start 不能用begin. 3. too...to... eg: a.
