塑料模具的制作工艺 摘 要 随着塑料制品在工业及日常生活中得到越来越广泛的应用，塑料模具工业对模具钢的需求也越来越大，模具材料对于模具的加工和使用性能，以及模具寿命有很大的影响，对模具的质量及使用寿命提出了更高的要求。由于塑料成型模具的实际种类繁多，使用状态复杂，如何根据不同模具工作条件，科学地寻求提高模具使用寿命的途径，已成为广大模具技术人员的重要研究课题。实践证明，塑料模具材料的合理选用与热处理是提高塑料模具使用寿命科学有效的途径。本文详细介绍了塑料模具钢材的失效形式，选材要求及目前常用的塑料模具材料种类及热处理方法，为制定塑料模具的热处理工艺和选择钢种提供了理论依据，并且从多方面介绍了国内外提高塑料模具使用寿命的表面技术，指出正确运用表面处理技术是提高塑料模具使用寿命的一个行之有效的重要途径，具有事半功倍的效果。 关键词:塑料模具材料，失效，选材，热处理，表面处理 Abstract With the plastics industry is increasingly wide range of applications in everyday life，plastic mold steels are more and more demanded in plastic molds industry ,plastic mold material for the processing and use of mold performance and service life have a great impact in molds ,it is requirement higher on the quality and service life of molds. As a result of the actual plastic mold has a large variety of complex use, how to die according to different working conditions, the scientific effort to find ways to improve die life, has become an important tool technology research. Practice shows that the plastic mold material with a reasonable selection of plastic mold heat treatment is to improve scientific and effective way of life. Introduced how to choice plastic mold steel and usual used mold steel and using situation in mold factory were stated in detail, the theoretical basis for working out the heat treatment processes of these steels and for selecting steel grades are also provided in this paper .Technology of surface treating for pro longing plastic moulds service life were introduced from several aspects. It is pointed out that techno logy of surface treating is an important way for prolonging plastic moulds service life when being used properly.
