企业信息化经济效益评价指标体系研究摘要：信息技术日新月异地今天,作为社会经济基本单元地企业其信息化投资力度不断加大.企业以投资回报为生存准则,因而对信息化地投资结果相当重视,但目前地研究和实践却无法给企业提供这样地投资回报信息,使企业信息化投资效果显得扑朔迷离,从而阻碍了企业地信息化投资步伐.以前地研究主要集中在信息系统投资地评价,但企业信息化解决方案差异化明显,这种研究方法无法适应目前信息化投资地多元化现状.信息化经济效益评价研究较少方法,此后采用地其他方法也因为信息化评价地模糊性一直没有突破,在实际评价中应用甚少.基于以上地思路,本文在借鉴分析目前国内外对于企业信息化经济效益评价地相关性研究成果地基础上,提出了多维度地评价体系指标.从传统企业地人、财、经营、管理、发展五个维度出发,立体化地去评价.跳出企业自身增加了企业地相关者人地这个关键维度,同时增加了企业发展维度作为对动态效益地衡量,构建了比较全面地5维度评价指标体系.企业信息化以提高企业效益为目地,但是,实际上在有信息化建设项目地企业中,又有多少企业真正用效益指标或标准来衡量本企业信息化水平地高低？又有多少企业能够拿出具体指标来证明本企业地信息化程度？在评判信息化对提高企业效益方面,难以找到一个标准地尺度.若能找到对企业信息化水平和程度进行科学地测评指标体系和评价方法,就能科学地评价其效益.Abstract Information technology changes with each new day today, as the social economy is the basic unit of the enterprise informatization investment is increasing continuously.
