Key words:integration of business and finance;special budget;coordinated control 一、实施背景 电网企业如何有效融合业务预算与财务预算,如何保证项目预算执行刚性,如何推进项目预算进 度,如何解决项目预算管控中的“踢皮球”问题等,面对困扰项目预算的重点和难点问题,我们紧扣价值 链管理核心,以夯实基础打破壁垒为重点,借助信息化手段,扎实推进价值链与业务链高度融合。
