澳門公共圖書館服務優化策略研究 王裕雯 摘要 本文的研究按照提出問題，解析問題，需求分析，策略研究，總結歸納的思 路展開，分別從國外研究公共圖書館的概況 、國內外公共圖書館服務模式的對比 研究，試圖從當前的公共圖書館服務模式實踐中總結出一般規律，從而為澳門公 共圖書館服務模式的優化打下基礎。此外，為了深入了解澳門市 民對公共圖書館 的評價，本研究亦設計了一份問卷調查，從讀者群體的個人背景、閱讀興趣和需 求，發現其真實需求；最後，在前文的研究基礎上，從設立統籌的部門、強化行 業組織的職能、推動從業人員專業教育、制定圖書館法等多個角度，提出了澳門 公共圖書館服務優化的方案，試圖為推動澳門公共圖書館事業的發展提供有益的 借鑒。第六章總結了本研究的主要結論，並提出未來的發展方向。 關鍵字：澳門公共圖書館 圖書館服務 服務優化 Research on Strategies for Optimizing Macao Public Library Services Wang Yuwen Abstract The structure of this paper follows “questions ，analyzing ，demand analysis ， I strategy research ， conclusion and summary” ， and is organized into six chapters. The first chapter is “Introduction” which mainly includes research background ， literature review ，related theories and concepts ， and the research issue that this paper is going to deal with. Chapter two is a comparative study of public library service mode at home and abroad. The experiences are learned from the practices of these public library services ， which is the first basis of new mode for Macao public library service. Chapter three analyzes the needs of readers who visit the Macao public library. It explores readers’ education background ，age ，occupation ，reading habits ，the frequency of using library ， methods of using library facilities and acquiring library information ， the satisfaction of using public library. Chapter four analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of current status of Macao public library service ， which will give more support for optimizing of Macao public library services. Chapter five proposes the scheme for library development from aspects including management department ，committee ，and education of librarians ， laws and regulations for
