某煤矿企业清洁生产审核研究 摘 要 本文针对某矿从3个层次，8个方面进行清洁生产审核。3个层次分别为判明高能耗、高物耗、废物产生的部位；分析高能耗、高物耗、废物产生的原因；提出方案以减少或消除废物，提高资源利用效率；8个方面分别为原辅材料、生产工艺、生产设备、过程控制、管理制度、员工技能、产品和废物。清洁生产工作首先获得单位领导支持，在专家的指导和帮助下，经过对员工进行专业技术培训后，使领导和职工了解实施清洁生产对企业发展的重要性。为保证清洁生产审核的顺利完成，某矿成立了清洁生产领导小组，制定详细的工作计划，为保质保量完成清洁生产审核提供保障。此外，还可以进一步提高管理水平，形成有利的社会影响，为某煤矿经济的可持续发展创造更加有利的条件。所以某煤矿开展清洁生产工作十分必要，并具有深远意义。 关键词：清洁生产，清洁生产审核，可持续发展 Abstract This article direct a mine to proceed cleaner production audit，from three levels， eight aspects.The three levels are ascertaining the high energy consumption，high material consumption and the site of generation of wastes;analysing the causes of the high energy consumption， high material consumption and waste production; bringing up a proposal in order to reduce or eliminate wastes， improve the use ratio of resource;eight aspects are raw and auxiliary materials，production technology，production equipments， process control，management system，employees skills，product and waste.Firstly cleaner production must acquire the support of the leadership of the unit，with the experts’ guidance and help，after the professional and technical training for staff，leaders and workers understand the importance of the implementation of cleaner production to enterprise development.In order to ensure the smooth completion of the cleaner production audit，the mine has set up a cleaner production of the leading group，to develop a detailed work plan to complete the clean production audit to provide protection for quality and quantity.In addition，it can further improve the management level，forming favorable social influence，create more favorable conditions for sustainable economic development for the mine.So it is necessary to implement cleaner production，and it has far-reaching significance.
