摘要 二十一世纪，是人才的世纪。人才作为企业发展的核心竞争力，在企业的发展中发挥着不可比拟的作用。人事管理是人力资源管理发展的第一阶段（有时也作为广义的“人力资源管理”的代称），是有关人事方面的计划、组织、指挥、协调、信息和控制等一系列管理工作的总称。通过科学的方法、正确的用人原则和合理的管理制度，调整人与人、人与事、人与组织的关系，谋求对工作人员的体力、心力和智力作最适当的利用与最高的发挥，并保护其合法的利益。 本企业人事管理系统采用C/S结构，主要对企业员工的信息以及跟人事相关的工作流程进行集中的管理，方便企业建立一个完善的、强大的员工信息数据库。它是以VS2005.和SQL 2005数据库作为开发平台。使用C# 设计操作控件和编写操作程序，完成数据输入、修改、存储、调用查询等功能；并使用SQL 2005数据库形成数据表，进行数据存储。 关键词：人事管理系统 C# SQL2005 ABSTRACT In twenty-first Century, is the century talents.
