某综合厂房设计（四） 中文摘要 本工程为某饲料公司的综合厂房，主体结构采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，总长度为36.6m，总宽度为20m, 总高度为23.85m，总建筑面积为5042.52m2，共七层，首层层高均为4.5米，2—4层层高为3.6米，5—7层层高为2.85米。本建筑防火等级二级，抗震等级为6级。 本工程结构设计采用框架结构，结构计算按横向框架承重分析。设计包括结构设计、楼梯等。根据任务书定出各层平面图及平面布置，在进行构件截面估算和荷载计算后，选取一榀框架进行计算，计算的内容包括框架梁柱截面尺寸的选取及线刚度的计算；风荷载作用下的框架侧移验算和弯矩及剪力的计算；恒载和活载作用下的内力计算；再进行内力组合，选取一层的梁和柱进行截面设计和验算，最后是基础的设计和拉梁的配筋计算。在手算的基础上，还应用了PKPM系列结构专门设计软件进行了电算校核，并对手算和电算结构进行了分析。 本工程施工设计部分主要是计价和施工组织设计，计价主要是运用了PKPM算量软件进行了工程项目的工程量计算，并计算项目的总造价；施工方案的设计，对比分析各种施工方案的优点和不足，选取最优的施工方案，合理分配人力物力进场。利用相应的时间定额得出工程的总工日，从而进行施工进度计划的安排， 画出施工进度横道图和网络图，再画出施工总平面布置图。 关键词：建筑设计，钢筋混凝土，框架结构，抗震设计，结构计算，施工组织，施工方案，横道图，网络图，施工总平面布置图。 General statement for design This engineering is the Factory building of a Feed Company，and the form of the base structure of this building is frame structure of cast-in-place concrete,with the total length of 36.6m,with the total wedth of 20m,with the total height of 23.85m,and with the total built-up area of 5042.52m2.The building has Seven stories and the height of Ground Floor is 4.5m, the height of 2-4stories is 3.6m,5-7 stories is 2.85m.This building resistant fires is second class,and the anti-seismic garrison is six degree.
